HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To add an item to your bag, select your color and size then click the “add to cart” button. (Items you add to your cart will not be purchased until you complete the checkout process.)
To remove an item from your bag, simply adjust the quantity to “0” or click the “remove” link next to the product image on your cart page.
To view what is in your bag at any time click the shopping cart icon in the page header (top right corner).
To purchase what you’ve selected, click on your shopping cart and click “checkout” to proceed.
WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
Your credit card will only be charged after your order ships.
If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank/credit card account is a pending transaction. This is a common bank practice handling credit/debit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This pending authorization will clear (depending on your card issuing bank/company) usually within 48–72 hours. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact your card issuer for assistance.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. Feel free to contact us directly with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Once your order is submitted, we begin processing your order, which entails a number of steps. During this time we are unable to modify or cancel your order.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?
If an item from your order is out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery date for a full online credit. We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Returns that do not meet our policy and/or received not in its original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
All sale/marked down items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Everybody Got One does not supply return labels or refund shipping costs. Returns must be in original condition accompanied by all original packaging and invoice.
Everybody Got One will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after a wear or improper care.
